With the generous participation with unselfish, generous companies and individuals to the likes of late Mamma Winnie Mandela and Mynderd Hendrikz that donated more than R18, 000, 000 to spearhead and finance our efforts making changes to as many Youth as possible in Southern Africa.

Which proved their commitment to youth development by inviting and offering Springbok' Youth Development Transport Blue-chip contracts, enhancing our ability to excel and realizing our own commitment to successfully implement and realizing our vision and goals in assisting our developmental Youth with gigantic leaps.
 
We have positive negotiations with other caring Companies, Political Parties, and Government institutions that will assist our Youth meaningfully.
 
Springbok Transportation Youth Development, are strong believers in the ability of our youth to succeed.
Our programming and activities are designed to help our youth reach their goals and fulfill their highest potential. We are proud of all our children, and love watching them grow into bright-minded and confident individuals. See how we’re involved in making a difference in all our children’s lives.

We are making mammoth social, economical changes, become part of the successes
​
Springbok, Corporate, Government, Political parties, and Industrial sectors unselfish transformation and leadership will create feasible black empowerment initiatives that will create mammoth opportunities for Southern Africa Youth. 
 
We need to stop telling our youth WHAT to think but rather encourage them HOW to think about Challenges enhancing their innovative and problem-solving skills.

If we want to create the same opportunities that the so-called first world countries have, we need to make it accessible for our youth to compete in all the spheres of influence of our and the world's economies.
​
We do not for one moment advocate that we must penalize the rich and the existing successful economical infrastructure to empower our previous disadvantaged citizens of Southern Africa, therefore, dampen our economical growth, rather assist our youth to find new economical vehicles to add value to our natural recourses and infrastructure, with innovations and concepts that will create a formidable growth of our economic and social future.
